I have been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 1996. All of my clients are long term and have reached great levels of fitness through their training. I also take great pleasure in teaching all types of exercise at local leisure centres, private clubs, schools and care homes for the elderly. I am passionate and committed to providing the highest level of service to every client and class participants.

Fitness consultation, personal training and nutrition counselling are key elements in my approach. Through total body conditioning I empower my clients with a sense of physical ability, self reliance and confidence. I maintain my competence and knowledge of developments within the fitness industry by attending regular workshops and seminars and recently qualified as a Level 3 Pilates instructor.

 

I am a current member of REPs and I receive regular updates from the American College of Sports Science in order to enhance my knowledge of current cutting edge thinking. As well as providing Personal Training, I teach a variety of classes including Aerobics, Salsa, Spinning, Circuit Training, Body Conditioning, Body Pump, Yoga and Pilates. My fitness classes regularly attract between 30 – 40 participants. I have provided the warm up sessions for Race for Life, St. Peter and St. James Hospice, Sight Savers and other local charity events.
