I believe that it is very important that a fitness programme should be tailored to what a client or participant enjoys best. I encourage people to go that bit further but will never push a person past their safety zone. I believe that it is my job to train people to use their bodies efficiently and safely and show them how to get the most out of their training in order to help them become the best that they can be.

Training modes

  • Body weight exercise, Weight lifting with free weights or bar, Dyna bands, tubing, BOSU, weighted balls
  • Fitball, step, yoga, power walking, jogging, combination of both, indoor aerobic, circuit training outside, your favourite sport (e.g. tennis), any ball work, skipping rope, salsa dance or chair work
  • Balance work on Fitball, BOSU, and other unstable surfaces
  • Traditional stretch, assisted stretch, yoga stretch
  • Nutritional education and evaluation, diet planning, suggested menus
  • KettleBells
  • TRX training
